What is C.A.S.T. Away?

"Camping and Shooting Trip" done "Away" from the overstimulated day to day. In the middle of nowhere Missouri we enjoy good food, fellowship, and friendly competition. 

Who is it made for?

Anyone who wants to retreat from the typical and enjoy some "off the grid" fun and fellowship. The Spring trip is a Men's only retreat with the Fall being open to Men and Women. A family friendly trip is also being explored as a possible option.

 

What does a typical day look like?

That depends on which trip you choose! But a sample Itinerary can be found HERE which shows you a best case scenario for each trip. But we always stay flexible to schedules and the weather. 

I'm not a "Gun Guy" should I still come?

Absolutely, many of our regular attenders didn't own a gun or shoot regularly before being introduced to this trip. We enjoy helping you along and teaching you how to safely enjoy firearms. Don't know what to buy yet, bring some ammo and we will let you shoot ours!

Absolutely, we believe that fellowship comes in all ways and walks of life. We aim to make everyone feel welcome and enjoy getting to know new faces.
